Townsville Investigations & Surveillance is a private investigation service established by Ms. Connors, who has served for a total of 23 years in the law enforcement and military service sectors. Townsville Investigations and Surveillance provides all aspects of private investigation including the monitoring of cheating husbands and wives, as well as insurance claim clients.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience in her field, Ms. Connors makes the most of her strong interpersonal communication skills, and her expertise in crime scene investigation, disaster victim identification, minor and major criminal investigations, and surveillance services when she monitors the assigned targets for private investigation purposes, and follows her targets. She is also in charge of video recording target behavior and submitting all relevant information to clients. Ms. Connors spent ten years working in the policing field as a general duties police officer which she believes is the most important aspect of the police force. After leaving the police force in 2000, she joined the Royal Australian Air Force as a security law enforcement officer and worked in the field of counter intelligence. She changed over to the investigation side of the Australian Defense Force, investigating serious and sensitive crimes and misconduct of members of the Australian Defense Force in 2007, where she continued working in that field before leaving in 2013 to open her own private investigation business.
Upon reflecting on a rewarding career, Ms. Connors has come to attribute her success to her dedication and enjoying the work that she does, as well as providing a product which keeps the client happy. She became involved in her profession because she always wanted to be a police officer and serve in the military. After fulfilling both of those goals, she felt it was time to go into business for herself.
